Relevant details may be shared with property owners or service partners when needed to respond to your request or arrange your stay. Website hosting, storage and email providers process information to deliver these services.

We use enquiry details to take steps at your request before an agreement and to provide agreed services. Optional information is provided with your consent. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us. Please avoid including sensitive documents or detailed medical information in the enquiry form.

Storage

Enquiry records and attachments remain in Kalo’s private inbox until removed. Contact us to request deletion. Records needed for an agreement, a dispute or a legal obligation may need to be retained.

Your choices
